A gorgeous pattern inspired by machinery and metals

Lisa Ahlström aka Visalisa, a fabulous rising star in the knitting world, hailing from Sweden but becoming renowned across the knitting globe, asked me once to dye her some 'metalic' inspired yarn for an idea she'd had in her head for a reversable steampunk 'cogs & sprockets' themed shawl design. I was only to happy to oblige.

Little did I know that the shawl would be so popular and the demand for metalic yarns so great... so it is with great pleasure that I introduce 'Rotor'.

For this pattern you will need 2 skeins of Deeply Wicked yarn, in any of the beautiful metalic colours on offer, each update of the Metallurgy range will bring you 6 skeins in each newly created metalic colour.
