Payments
Payments are processed through PayPal - a safe and reliable payment provider. You do not need a PayPal account. Simply follow the instructions.
Postage
All Easyknits products are sent by 1st class mail in the UK, usually the next day. Postage is added to your order. International orders are also processed in this way. We will let you know when your order has been dispatched.
Not happy? :-(
If you’re not happy, let us know. If you’ve changed your mind, just send back the yarn/fibre (within 10 days of receipt) and we will refund you. You will need to pay for the postage. The product must be in saleable condition.
If there’s something wrong with the product, we will happily exchange it.
Wholesale enquires
Easyknits will happily discuss your needs on a confidential one-to-one basis. We offer a range of services, including:
1) wholesale prices on our current range of yarns and fibres;
2) bespoke yarn and fibre colourways for you - never for anyone else (including us!);
3) unique colourways for set periods of time or for specific events.
